DARE2TRI Online Returns Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with any DARE2TRI product, you can return it for a size exchange, a different product, or a refund within 15 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original state, unworn, and labels attached.
Purchases made from the Outlet are all FINAL SALE. These products are not eligible for a refund; however, a product or size exchange is possible. The rental fees for our rental products are also not eligible for a refund.
You can return your order using any trackable postal service. The postage for returning all items and the replacement items sent by us is at your cost. The standard price for shipping products as a standard size or product exchange from us is 25,00 EUR. We will cover shipping costs of items sent by us that are intended as a product or size exchange for products with warranty issues that have been approved by the seller and the warranty claim is made within 1 year from the purchase date.
We advise using a trackable and/or signed for service when returning items as we cannot be responsible for returned items that go missing in transit.
To avoid tax and duty charges for returns, please provide your courier with the order number, outbound tracking number, and airway bill, and note this on the parcel to demonstrate that it is a return purchase to DARE2TRI.
To make a return, exchange or warranty request send an e-mail to sales@dare2tri.com. Please provide us with your order number the email address you used when placing the order as well as the reason for your return.
Please note we only accept returns for items purchased online from www.dare2tri.com. If you bought your item from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly to arrange the return.

Refund Policy
For a refund to the original form of payment, please return your online order in its original condition within 15 days of receiving it. This applies to full-price and sale purchases (excluding Outlet and Rental items). Shipping costs will not be refunded. You will be refunded to your original form of payment. Allow 5-10 working days for refunded payments to appear in your account.
