To check your order status, please sign in to your account then check “my orders”. The following statuses are explained below:

Pending payment: Payment authorisation is in progress.
Order processing: Order is being forwarded to the warehouse and being prepared for dispatch.
Order pending: Order still pending
Order complete: Order has been completed and dispatched. You'll receive an email confirming despatch.
Depending: on our chosen carrier, you may receive a separate email from us that will detail how to track your order when it has left the warehouse.
Order cancelled: Order has been cancelled either by you or us.
