We will ensure that you receive a wetsuit or swimskin that fits you perfectly within one week before your event that you can send back with the included return label within one week after your event.

Returns
After the race, use the return label that came in the box with your rental(s) to ship your rental(s) back to the below return address.

You must return your rental(s) to us within one week after your event.
The deposit will be refunded when your wetsuit is received at our office.
Cancellation/Change Policy
In the event of cancellation due to health-threatening water conditions (blue-green algae, etc., excluded water temperature) and if packages have not yet been sent, payments will be refunded.
This arrangement applies to cancellations up to 1 week before the event.
Changing sizes is possible up to two weeks before the event.
Exchanging your wetsuit for a swimskin is possible up to 1 week before the event, provided your wetsuit or swimskin hasn't already been shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: Some light damage might be present as rental wetsuits and swimskins have been previously used.
